Virginia Athletic Trainers' Association - Awards & Nomination Form

Thank you for taking the time to recognize one of your colleagues by nominating them to the Honors and Awards Committee. The committee will compile nominations and present them to the Executive Committee for voting. Award winners and their sponsors will be notified by November 7th.
